NO NEW PLASTIC! noissue Recycled Mailers give life to waste plastic and turns it into reusable, durable mailers. We offer 3 sizes with minimum order quantity as low as 100 units.
What makes noissue Recycled Mailers eco-friendly?
Made out of 100% pre-consumer recycled plastic, noissue Recycled Mailers are from plastic waste and printed with black water-based ink that makes them recyclable again and again after serving their purpose as your trusted mailers. They are also finished with two adhesive strips so you can use each one twice (at least!) This makes noissue Recycled Mailer a circular economy product - a term used in the industry and world of sustainability.

What kind of recycled plastic are noissue Recycled Mailers made from?
Great question! They are made from Pre-Consumer Recycled Waste which is waste that hasn't been used by consumers. This is typically from off-cuts, trimmings and leftovers that did not make it into the final consumer product.
The other type of recycled plastic is called Post-Consumer Recycled which is waste from consumers recycling their plastic. When you recycle our mailers, it becomes post-consumer waste.
The ultimate goal is to avoid plastic from ending up in landfill. We are hard at work to also use Post-Consumer Recycled plastic and offer products made from it as we know there is more of it disposed in landfills, and we are keen to make an impact there too.
How thick are noissue Recycled Mailers?
Designed to withstand domestic and international shipping while keeping them as light as possible, noissue Recycled mailers are 60 UM or 2.36 mil thick. UM means micrometre - a unit of measurement and measuring tool known to be extraordinarily precise.
What is the shelf life of noissue Recycled Mailers?
Since they are made with recycled plastic, shelf life is not a concern for noissue Recycled Mailers. They are bound to last a long time - maybe forever. We recommend storing them in the carton we deliver them in until ready for use to preserve the printed ink on them, and avoid fading.
