Hey, how can we help?

The basics

  • Creating an account

By creating an account you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, view and track your orders, and store multiple shipping addresses.

Creating an account also allows you to store your designs, making future editing or re-ordering easier.

    Get started here.

  • How can I reset my password?

No problemo!  If you forgot your password, you can easily reset it here

If you simply want to update it, you can do so in your profile settings here.

  • How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?

If you don't want to receive noissue updates you can either click unsubscribe in any update you receive, or manage your update options here.

  • Do you have a re-seller program?

    Yes we do!

Please get in touch for more information through the Contact Us button below.

  • Do you have a phone number?

At present we only offer email support - you can get in touch with us by clicking the help icon on our website, or email hi@noissue.co

The reason we don't have a phone number is due to the fact that we have customers located all over the world each with intricate questions or details, and we have found over the years these are handled much better over email!

  • Can you help me with my design?

No final design on hand? No problem!

Our design tools are super easy to navigate, with templates that allow you to upload your logo and customize the size and orientation to suit your preference.

If you still find that your design isn't looking right, feel free to get in touch with the team here for assistance.

  • How can I guarantee color consistency across multiple products?

We get this question a lot and we hope this will shed some light on why there may be slight color differences across products.

The above mainly pertains to matching the color on your noissue Tissue with noissue Stickers & Tape. We print our tissue with solid Pantone colors, whilst stickers and tape are printed with CMYK. Pantone can be matched directly to the swatch whereas CMYK can differ from printer to printer.

The main thing to note is that often our CMYK comes out darker than the direct match, so it is well worth checking with our design team to recommend the CMYK values to try and get the best result! There will always be a chance of a very slight difference, but we will do our utmost to match these!

  • What are trim and bleed size?

Trim and bleed are general printing terms.

Trim size represents the final dimensions of your noissue products.

Bleed is the portion of your design that extends past the trim size. Bleed is cut off when the artwork is trimmed to the final size so as to make sure your design reaches the very edge of the product.

  • Will there be any color difference between the digital proof and my actual printed product?

There will be a slight color variance between the digital proof and actual printed product.

This is because any digital proof is rendered in RGB colors (as projected on the screen of your device) and your actual printed product will go through color processing.

Off-set printing for one or two color noissue tissue designs use the Pantone Matching System. Digital printing for noissue stickers, tape, custom mailers, and 3 or more color tissue designs use the CMYK color process.

Feel free to get in touch with the team here to discuss or check out our blog post on color here.

  • Can you print metallic colors?

Yes, we can print metallic gold, copper, rose gold and silver on noissue tissue. You can see some great examples in our Instagram.

True metallic colors aren't available for noissue stickers, tape or custom mailers, but we can suggest CMYK alternatives. Feel free to get in touch with the team here to discuss.

  • Can you print Pantone colors?

For our noissue tissue, we match specified hex codes to the closest Pantone color and use the Pantone Matching System when printing.

For stickers and tape, we use CMYK so any and all colors are available for your design.

If you can’t find your desired color in our website design tool, get in touch with the team here and we'll get you sorted.
