  • Can I get custom sizes?

    If you need a specific size excluded from our available standard sizes, please send us a message with dimensions and product type by:

    Our dedicated team will confirm if we can assist with a special order. Please note, custom orders outside of our standard offering have higher minimum order quantities.

  • How can I re-order something I have bought before?

    Every product you have ordered is automatically saved in your account.

     Simply click on My Account in the top right-hand corner of our homepage and it will give an option to Reorder:


    If you want to make changes to your design, or can't find the design you're looking for, get in touch with the team here.

  • Can I save my order?

    You certainly can!


    Saving your order is simple with a noissue account. When designing, you can click 'save my design' and it will then be kept in your account under 'Saved Designs.'

  • How can I cancel my order?

    We start working on your order shortly after it is placed - usually on the same day - so it's really important to get in touch asap if you would like to cancel it. We aren’t able to cancel orders once they are in production.

  • Will I get a proof for my custom order?


    You can access a preview of your design before check out and within 24 hours of placing your order, our Design Team will review your design to make sure it is ready for printing. You'll receive the final design proof to review and approve for production.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How much is shipping?

    For all orders, we offer our standard delivery of 21 days for free!

    We also have expedited 10 and 15 day options, which are available for an additional fee at checkout. 

  • Does the price include VAT, customs duties or import tax?

    The price paid at checkout is the final price - there are no additional charges. VAT is only applied for orders shipping in the UK.

    If you are located in NZ, Australia, USA, EU (Eurozone), or Canada, you do not have to worry about incurring any additional VAT/customs/duties costs when receiving your noissue products. Countries outside of this may incur extra charges depending on local regulations.

    After you pay for your order, all you have to do is sit back, relax and wait for your packaging to arrive at your doorstep!

  • I entered my shipping address incorrectly. What should I do?

    No worries!  


    Just send in your order number and correct shipping address to the team here, and we'll update your information right away.


    For future orders, you can also set a default shipping address in your account dashboard.

  • How long does shipping take?

    We ship worldwide with these standard lead times: 

    • Tracked shipping  - 21 days 
    • Express shipping  - 15 days 
    • Urgent shipping   - 10 days 

    Depending on shipping destination and product ordered, lead times could be much faster than our standard lead times listed above. You can review your available options on shipping speed at checkout. The slowest shipping option is always free and on us!

    Quick note: quoted lead times start from the time you approve your design proof for custom orders. For orders with stock items only, lead time starts immediately after placing your order.

  • Are noissue stickers and noissue tissue delivered in rolls or sheets?

    We pack our stickers and tissue paper in flat sheets as this helps to maintain the integrity of the product during shipping.

  • Can you split my order between two different addresses?

    We can only ship to one address per order.


    As a workaround, you could look at creating separate orders with different shipping addresses.
