  • How can I re-order something I have bought before?

    Every product you have ordered is automatically saved in your account.

     Simply click on My Account in the top right-hand corner of our homepage and it will give an option to Reorder:


    If you want to make changes to your design, or can't find the design you're looking for, get in touch with the team here.

  • Can I save my order?

    You certainly can!


    Saving your order is simple with a noissue account. When designing, you can click 'save my design' and it will then be kept in your account under 'Saved Designs.'

  • How can I cancel my order?

    We start working on your order shortly after it is placed - usually on the same day - so it's really important to get in touch asap if you would like to cancel it. We aren’t able to cancel orders once they are in production.

    If you would like to cancel your order, please contact the team here as soon as possible. 

  • Will I get a proof before I order?

    Yes :)


    First, you will be shown a preview of your design before you check out.  Then, once your order has been successfully placed, you will also receive an email confirmation with a digital proof to confirm everything is looking good.

  • Can I change my order after confirmation?

    After your order is confirmed, you can notify us within 24 hours should you wish to change it.


    If you need to change an order, please get in touch with the team here as soon as you can.

  • Can I place an order over the phone?

    We need your design file to make your custom product so we are not able to accept orders over the phone.

  • Can someone call me back?

    We pride ourselves on giving excellent online assistance to all customers through our website. We don't currently offer a callback service.

  • How do I check my order status?

    To track your noissue products, simply enter the order number that you received in your order confirmation email here.

    Another email will also be sent to you when your order has been shipped. Feel free to get in touch with the team here any time you want to check the current status.

  • What does ‘MOQ’ mean?

    ‘MOQ’ stands for ‘Minimum Order Quantity’, and refers to the smallest number of units you can order for your custom packaging.


    At noissue, we are proud to offer some of the lowest MOQs on the market, meaning that we can cater to the needs of businesses of every size. For more details about how MOQs work, check out our MOQ guide.


    For those with larger needs, you can order up to 10,000 units directly through our site. And if you need more - no problem! You can order larger quantities directly with our wholesale team at noissue+ Go here for more details.

  • What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

    At noissue, we're proud to cater for businesses of all sizes by offering some of the lowest MOQs in the market. Our MOQs for our current products are:

  • Can I order more than one size or design to meet the MOQ?

    Due to production set up costs, it's not possible to combine different sizes or designs to meet the MOQ. 


    For each noissue product, the MOQ applies to one size or design.

  • Can I order less than the stated MOQ at an additional cost per unit?

    The current MOQs for noissue products are the lowest MOQs possible for production, and it's currently not possible to manufacture in lower quantities.

  • Can I get multiple sizes or designs in one order?



    You can add multiple sizes or designs as separate items in your cart before checking out.


    Please note that as each size or design is considered a separate item, the MOQ for that product will apply to each item.

  • I want to order in bulk. Can I get a discount?

    To discuss bulk orders and wholesale discounts, our noissue plus team is always happy to help. You can reach out to the team here.

  • Can I order more than the quantities offered on the website?

    Yes indeed!  You can visit our wholesale page here and submit an enquiry. 


    We also have account managers who can assist you with special orders. You can reach them with a message here.

  • Can we split the order into different variations of size, design, or color?

    One 'order' corresponds to one design, size, or quantity.  

    Should you wish for variations of design, size, or quantity, you will need to add each variation as a seperate item in your cart. Each item is then subject to the MOQ for that product.
