How do I place an order?
Ordering eco-friendly products is super simple with noissue. All you have to do is:
- Click on GET STARTED in the top left-hand corner of our website
- Browse our selection of noissue custom and stock products, and click the one you want
- Choose the quantity, size, and design of your product
- Add the product to your cart and click CHECKOUT

How do I re-order something I have bought before?
Every product you order from noissue is automatically saved to your account, making it quick and easy to re-order something you’ve already bought before. All you have to do is:
- Click on MY ACCOUNT in the top right-hand corner of our website
- Find the product you want to re-order, and click the RE-ORDER button
- Checkout as normal!

Are set up fees included in the price?
Our pricing is structured to be as straightforward as possible, which means the price you pay at checkout is the final price - no extra set up fees or charges are added. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and wait for your noissue order to arrive at your doorstep!

What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for your noissue order using a variety of payment methods. At the moment, we accept payment via:
- Debit card
- Credit card (except American Express and Discover)
If you'd like to use an American Express or Discover card, we recommend you link the card to a PayPal account first, and then use the PayPal account as your payment method at checkout in order for it to be accepted.

Can I change my order after it has been confirmed?
Changes to your order can be made within 24 hours of its confirmation - just let us know here, and we’ll get those sorted out for you.
Heads up - it’s really important to get in touch with us ASAP if you need to make any changes to your order. We start working on orders shortly after they’re placed (usually within the same day), and we won't able to change them once they’re in production.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you can contact us here, and we’ll get that sorted out for you.

Can I split 1 product order into multiple sizes and designs?
Due to production set up costs, each 1 noissue product that you order can host only 1 size and design for the minimum order quantity (MOQ).
For example, if you place a single product order for 250 sheets of custom noissue tissue paper, all 250 sheets in this set will share the same 1 size and design, rather than be split into, say, 125 sheets of one size/design and 125 sheets of a different size/design.
Don’t worry, if you need to order differing sizes and designs, you can just add the variations to your cart as separate products with separate quantities.
Can I order less/more than the quantities listed on the website?
If you’d like to order more than the listed quantities on our website, our noissue Plus team is here to help! Just submit an enquiry here to get in touch.
On the other hand, the minimum order quantities (MOQs) listed on our website are the absolute lowest for production - noissue’s minimums are so low that it's currently not possible to order less than the quantities provided.
