  • I entered my shipping address incorrectly. What should I do?

    No worries!  

     

    Just send in your order number and correct shipping address to the team here, and we'll update your information right away.

     

    For future orders, you can also set a default shipping address in your account dashboard.

  • How long does shipping take?

    We ship anywhere in the world with the following delivery options:

    • Tracked shipping  - 21 days 
    • Express shipping  - 15 days 
    • Urgent shipping   - 10 days 

    All shipping times are in calendar days from the time of your design approval so no need to figure out business days! Each product has differing options of available lead times, with the slowest option always being free shipping!

    To find out about express and urgent shipping costs, either select them in your cart and proceed to checkout to see the price, or feel free to get in touch with the team here to discuss.

  • Are noissue stickers and noissue tissue delivered in rolls or sheets?

    We pack our stickers and tissue paper in flat sheets as this helps to maintain the integrity of the product during shipping.

  • Can you split my order between two different addresses?

    We can only ship to one address per order.

     

    As a workaround, you could look at creating separate orders with different shipping addresses.

     
  • Free shipping & returns worldwide

    Yes, you read that right - we have free shipping & returns worldwide!

    Whenever you order a noissue product there will always be a free shipping option, we also have paid shipping options for expedited delivery that you can see at checkout.

    We have free returns on our stock products, so if you have ordered the wrong size and need to return, get in touch with our team and we will send over a prepaid shipping label to return this. Once received, we will process your refund in full within 2-3 business days.

    We don't accept returns on custom products, however if you are not happy with the outcome of your order we certainly want to hear about this and will do everything we can to resolve this.

  • How much does expedited shipping cost?

    Due to the varying costs of freight in different regions, the best way to find out is by selecting these options at checkout and they will be calculated automatically for you.

  • Do I have to pay Duties & Taxes?

    If you are located in the UK, NZ, Australia, USA, EU (Eurozone), or Canada, you do not have to worry about incurring any additional tax/customs/duty costs when receiving your noissue products. Countries outside of this may incur extra charges depending on local regulations.

    We will assist wherever possible with getting your products to door and if you need help with documentation when it comes to dealing with local customs, be sure to get in touch with the team!
